Anjeer are an excellent source of natural dietary fiber, with the enzyme ficin acting as a laxative; easing bowel movements, great for digestive health. Figs are high in potassium, calcium and magnesium, great for bone and heart health. However, they are higher on carbs and best if avoided for people with high blood sugar levels/ diabetic.

Organic Anjeer

  • Store in a cool and dry place, in an airtight container. 

  • Eating Tip: Soak 2-3 pieces of Organic Figs in water overnight, consume in the morning. Goes well in salads, smoothies, desserts, or have them plain!
