Kashmiri Walnut Kernels, milky white, are slightly bitter in taste. They are a powerhouse of Omega-3 fats (the good fat!), hightest of all nuts, called Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA). Rich in antioxidant activity, due to Vitamin E, melatonin and polyphenols. They are cholestrol free, good for diabetics. Walnuts are known to promote brain health and provides essential oils for the body.

Eating Tip: Soak 4-5 pieces of Organic Walnut Kernels in water overnight, consume in the morning. Goes well in salads, smoothies, desserts, or have them plain!
